Porchlight (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your information. This Privacy Policy explains how Porchlight collects, uses, and protects information — including data accessed through Google APIs and data you provide directly through CRM or CSV uploads.
1. Information We Collect
- Google Ads & LSA Data: Includes lead charge status, lead status, lead id, call duration, call recording URL, phone number, lead conversation channel, lead date, campaign name, campaign costs, and leads generated.
- User-Uploaded CRM Data: Includes service date, job price, and customer phone number which is imported from your CRM or CSV uploads.
- User Data: Email addresses, business name, and survey response data which is used for internal analytics and product improvement.
2. How We Use Information
- To generate dashboards and performance reports based on your integrated data.
3. Data Storage & Security
- All Porchlight data and servers are securely hosted on Render.
- All data is encoded during transmission and sensitive data, such as phone numbers and emails, are either encrypted or hashed in storage.
- Users are only given access to their own data. Other data access is restricted to neccesary staff members.
4. Data Retention & Deletion
- We retain your Google and CRM data only as long as necessary to provide our services.
- You may request deletion of your Google Ads and CRM data at any time via the Porchlight dashboard (Settings-Integrations) or by contacting support.
- You may request deletion of your user data at any time by contacting support (danielponto0@gmail.com or sam.radtke99@gmail.com).
- Once deleted, your data is permanently removed from our active systems within 30 days.
5. Data Sharing & Disclosure
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
- We may disclose data when required by law.
7. Your Rights
- You may access, correct, or delete your data by contacting Porchlight support (danielponto0@gmail.com or sam.radtke99@gmail.com), or by using the options available in the "Settings-Integrations" section.
- You may revoke access to your Google Ads account at any time through your Google Account settings.
- No fees are charged for reasonable data access or deletion requests.
9. Updates to This Policy
We might update this Privacy Policy. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Porchlight after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
